Who processes your data

What data and why
When you order a gift voucher I process your name, e-mail, optionally your phone number, the recipient's name and your message. I need them to send you the payment details and the voucher, that is, to handle your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long
I keep the data while the order is handled and the voucher is valid. Accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Who has access
The form is run by my hosting provider Netlify, Inc., which processes the data only on my behalf. Appointments are booked in the Termino system, which has its own privacy policy.
Cookies
The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Until you close the browser, it only remembers three small things in your browser: that you have seen the opening animation, whether you chose music, and where the music stopped so it can carry on on the next page. None of this is sent anywhere.

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. Write to sakura.thaj@seznam.cz. You may also contact the Czech data protection authority (www.uoou.cz).
